The McSisters Foundation, named after the three daughters (McKellin, McKenna and McKenzie) of our founder, Derrick Tibbs, is a nonprofit organization focused on and dedicated to helping our youth. Our goal is to empower them by providing access to resources that will help our youth make positive choices regardless of their past. We believe in our charging our youth to achieve their goals and learn how to structure and prioritize their vision. At McSisters, we strongly support positive and structured extra-curricular activities. Within these activities, our youth will learn self-awareness, accountability and partnerships. McSisters will harvest a belief that each recipient is and will always be something bigger other than themselves. Each recipient will be offered opportunities to serve their communities by volunteering at various community events in order to understand the connections between themselves and the greater good of the community. We are a diverse and supportive organization that focuses on inclusivity. We are fully committed to helping the youth of today become the best version of themselves and becoming our leaders of tomorrow.
